Live Updates was a project I led design while on the Android SysUI team at Google. The result of this project was a new notification paradigm that shipped to 3B+ users on Android OS.

Live Updates helps users keep track of user-initiated journeys for things like rideshares, deliveries, and navigation. Live Updates lets developers streamline their development process — and brings end users consistent, delightful, and enhanced experiences on their mobile devices.

Emdash reimagines how we organize information through a web and mobile application. This project showcases my ability to revitalize an established brand identity within the product experience, streamline information hierarchies for enhanced usability, and harness artificial intelligence to elevate notification relevance.

Rainmaker is a B2C mobile app catering to both native and non-native crypto users. It empowers users to seamlessly manage their crypto portfolios and execute one-tap deposits. Entrusted with the responsibility of user activation post-account creation, I collaborated closely with the founder. Together, we introduced a redeemable points system to incentivize user engagement. Complementing this, I integrated UI call-to-actions on the homepage, tailored to users' specific onboarding stages.

In this project, I had the privilege of working on Biobot's B2G and B2B Customer Dashboard. My design, product, and research contributions further solidified Biobot's position as an industry leader, enabling their revenue to 3X year over year, while also empowering health agencies & Fortune 500 companies across the United States to make data informed decisions.

LinkNYC is a new age Wi-Fi kiosk with millions of daily views and thousands of tablet users. In this project, we leveraged data driven design to propose a revamped the social services page to cater to the most common searches. Striking a balance between attracting high-value brands and addressing users' essential needs, we discovered user interactions closely mirrored Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. By curating resources around housing, food, money, work, and education, we enhanced the user experience and strengthened connections between people and vital services, all while maintaining LinkNYC's luxury appeal.
